Andre Merriweather
Licensed clinical social worker, founder of Lumen
Andre sees adults with ADHD, in Provo and by video.
Andre started Lumen because adults with ADHD kept being handed advice written for someone else's brain. He runs the practice alone, so the person who answers your message is the person you will see.
He is a licensed clinical social worker in Utah. He does therapy, not evaluations or medication, and he says so early.

Why Lumen
A lamp, not a spotlight
A lamp is a small, steady light. Lumen is arranged the same way: a quiet room, one therapist and no more than you asked for.
The agenda arrives the day before. Reminders come once, by text or email. The office has lamps instead of overhead lights, no music and no front desk. If something in the room is too much, the light, the sound or the chair, say so and Andre changes it.
In the room
What a session with Andre is like
Light and sound
Soft lamps, a quiet room and no music. Tell Andre what you would change.
Pace
Pauses are fine. So is standing up, taking notes or asking him to repeat the question.
Hands and movement
There are fidget tools on the table if you want them, and you can move around.
